Due to current COVID-19 situation, and for the safety of our delivery team, we do not accept cash on delivery payment option at this stage.

We deliver anywhere in Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Oman, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Jordan.

We accept payments in Bahraini Dinar. There will be a dynamic currency convertor that will provide prices in local currency.

Majority of orders with complete information are processed and delivered within 3-7 working days from the day of confirmation. There might be exceptions due to incomplete information, payment issues, and shipping delays at borders.

We have physical store in Bahrain, however, we operate with partners across the region for storage and delivery.

All our stores are temperature controlled to suit the required conditions. All our deliveries are done in air conditioned temperature controlled vehicles.

You will receive email confirmation once order is received and confirmed, when order is shipped, and once order is delivered. We work with local delivery companies who will be in touch with you to schedule your delivery.

No, once you check out and payment is done, no more items can be added. You need to place a new order.

Once the treatment package is purchased, you will receive a voucher that can be redeemed at the clinic. You need to contact the doctor/ clinic to book appointment. Once you are at the clinic you need to show the voucher with order number to be redeemed. Vouchers shall be redeemed within a period of 3 months.

Yes, you will receive the same product as shown in the picture.

You will receive your sales receipt on your registered email. You can also view all order details and receipts on your account.
